T58A Teams does not access Outlook personal contacts - tianberlin - 04-03-2020 07:12 PM

Hi!
We upgraded our phone plan from Skype for business to Teams. We also bought new phones - T58a Teams edition.
So far so good. First bummer Btoe does not exist for Teams anymore. Ok, but we are also unable to access Personal Outlook contacts. The calendar however can be accessed...
Do we miss anything with the configuration.

Hi,

Please make sure the phone is running the latest available firmware then check again.
