Port Knock application on phone - AndyInNJ - 04-02-2020 08:56 PM

My PBX uses a whitelist and for some reason the OpenVPN on the phone still seems to require whitelisting the local IP where the phone sits.

Since some of the locations have dynamic IP, this can create a hassle.

I'd like to program a button on the phone to trigger a port knock sequence to the DNS of the PBX.

I'd need the app to send 3 #s to 3 ports which are either UDP or TCP in an order.

(presented in a language that doesn't exist)
Ping port 1234 UDP at PBX.DYN.DNS
Ping port 8910 TCP at PBX.DYN.DNS
Ping port 4567 UDP at PBX.DYN.DNS

Then, if the phone's IP has changed it can register (assuming it hasn't been blacklisted).

Is this possible with the programming features built into the phone? Pointers?
