SIP T55A Microsoft Team cannot boot - lchan - 02-27-2020 07:37 PM

Hello,

I've a SIP T55A for Microsoft Teams but it cannot boot and it stop a YEALiNK screen.

I tried to do TFTP recovery, however, it said T55A.bin and T55A.rfs are missing.

Where can I get those two files?

You can usually get those recovery files by contacting Yealink support though a ticket https://ticket.yealink.com/

Thank you. I've got the required files from ticket.

I am using SolidWind TFTP server. When the phone trying to download T55A.rom from the tftp server, the server showed an error "tftp interrupted by client received error packet with code 3 file too large". Any Idea?

I put all three files in usb drive and convert it to FAT format. but the T55A cannot read.

Maybe try a different TFTP server.

I'm usually using Pumpkin and it works well http://kin.klever.net/pumpkin/binaries#.XmvALmHPzD4

Another thing that helped me once in s similar issue was using a different (older) version of the firmware as the *.rom file (rename it) http://support.yealink.com/documentFront/forwardToDocumentDetailPage?documentId=284
