Hi,

We have been trying out a T55A for the past few weeks on Teams with PSTN calling. The phone works OK but we have a few questions

1. How can you add external phone numbers as contacts? So you can show names rather than numbers when PSTN calls come in?
2. how can you stop showing users that don't actually exist such as the Teams Autoattendant and queue accounts, meeting rooms etc
3. External (PSTN) numbers don't show when the call comes in, the only visibility is the queue or attendant that has routed the call. (the desktop Teams app shows both) Does the larger screen T56/T58 do this or not?

  1. no, you can't the phone doesn't sync contacts from outlook or the global catalogue in exchange online
  2. same as above, no gal control so I guess there is no way to hide accounts
  3. I have the T56, it doesn't show the number of someone calling a queue

Thank you! We have also just trialled a T58 and this is the same.
These seem like such basic things for a phone to do, we never considered them to be an issue before purchasing! If any of these limitations are due to the teams App rather than Yealink's firmware let me know and I'll hassle Microsoft as well/instead!
