Greetings,

I have a customer who is using their old phones from another provider with our Asterisk based PBX where their phones Auto-Provision correctly but the lights for activity are not functioning.

Firmware Version 28.83.0.120
Hardware Version 28.2.0.128.0.0.0 - We noticed this was different then our other phones

Second, I noticed under Account > Advanced > SIP Server Type has options I have not seen before. The options are Default (what it is set to), Genesys, Genesys Advanced, Star2Star, and Genband Standalone AS. This may be un-related but I was wanting to ask if there is a reason the types are different and could this have an effect on other things such as BLF's.

We have another phone that is working with hardware version: 28.1.0.128.0.0.0
