Hi
We updated a client to T42-29.83.0.120.rom on T42G (8 units) phones. The phones lost accounts and other settings including the timezone. The drop down list stopped at -11 Chille
We reinstalled T42-29.83.0.50.rom and they all work fine.
The T42-29.83.0.120.rom firmware should be pulled and reviewed.

After the firmware upgrade, please reset the phone to factory default, re-provision it and try again.
