The phone itself can obviously Register (I have several of them...)
Something might be wrong with your SIP server or settings. You were able to use the same SIP info in the same location with a different model?

I have only this model with me, cant try on other model.

The issue you have is most certainly not an issue with this phone, it is an issue with the setting that it is set up with.
Auto Provisioning (3rd photo) may be empty and it is not an issue.
But what is this 64.86.34.59 address that is set in the phone as the server for the phone service? Where did you got this IP from and what service is supposed to run on it?

This IP is for phone service, It was set in Phone, Phone was in working order we changed our ISP then it stopped working, It was registered with previous ISP.

The only one that can likely help you is the phone service provider. It is not something with the phone itself.
