Hello,
I have inherited a number of T46Gs from a company merge. I am trying tofactory reset but the device seems to keep loading it's previous config from somewhere.
Hw can I factory reset and avoid the phone reloading it's previous setup?

Hi Gareth,
Please contact the company where you bought the phones from and ask if there are willing to release the phone MAC-addresses from the RPS server.
