Good afternoon,
Recently I have a BIG problem. All of the phones that we are deploying come with no CALL FORWARD option available in the menu like it says in user manual. I have to elevate the user to var or admin level to have it show up..
Can someone explain why this happens, and how to fix it? Right now I have to tell users to select either the var or admin user to get the phone to show the call forwarding in the Features Menu.

Hi,
When the phones are reset to factory default, do the issue still occur?
Do the phones run on the latest firmware?
