Programming a soft key - ckruse - 01-09-2020 08:20 PM

Hello,
Yealink has set up *90 for us to allow us to speak with someone without them having to pick up the phone. To me, having to remember a number is archaic as my Rolodex. Is there a way to program it in a soft key on our Yealink T46S phones?

Thank YOU!

You dial *90 and then the user's extension? You can set it as a DSS key with the type Prefix, this will dial the *90 and then let you enter the extension number.
