You are not authorized to access the web interface message... - starion - 11-19-2019 12:46 AM Group of phones that have been in service for over a year now. Tried to log in to one of them today and received: "You are not authorized to access the web interface. Please contact your support team or try again 60 minutes later. HTTP 403" Waiting sixty minutes to hours, no change. No changes to the phone in firmware or programming. Clearing browser caches, no change. Same issue with any browser on any computer. Other phones in group are accessible. What next and why did this happen? T27G phones. Tried to log in to one of them today and received: Hi, When the phone gets somehow a high amount of requests it will protect itself by switching of the Web User Interface. The requests can caused by router reboot, PBX reboot, network scanner, or whatever. Not much on what you can do against it. Be sure you use strong admin and user password. You can try if the phones are on remote location is to disable the ports. Hope this will help. Tried to log in to one of them today and received: Nevermind. Had the customer power-cycle the remote phone and it is now accessible. Which brings up the real question...why did it get locked up requiring a power cycle instead of the watchdog releasing the web interface? RE: You are not authorized to access the web interface message... - starion - 11-28-2019 04:05 AM I am continuing to have this issue with these phones. It appears that if you enter the username/password incorrectly more than once or twice, it locks out the phone permanently. Need a fix to this. It is not unlocking the phone after a few minutes, or an hour, or whatever the screens says it should. |
