T46G Can't Factory Reset - Metroeastofficemachines - 10-25-2019 04:57 PM

I have a T46G which I cannot factory reset. Long hold on ok button only brings up the status page but does not bring up the reset option. Obviously that function has been turned off. Is there any way around this or is it a brick at this point?

You are right, the funtion has been turned off by the phone provider.
May I know who is your phone provider? You can concact to them for help.
