CP930W is Bricked - ipcsolutions - 10-14-2019 05:41 AM

I have a CP930W that is now a vegetable after a W60B was accidentally unplugged while it was doing an upgrade.
Can I do a master reset or tftp upload or do I need to RMA it?

Thanks
Mike

Hi Mike,

I think the best and shortest way for your issue is to submit a ticket.
