SIP Firmware Version: 58.83.0.15
Hardware Version: 55.2.3.0.1.0.16
I am currently unable to flash this phone with the Teams Firmware and can't find the reason. Am I out of luck or is there a trick to this? Thanks for any help.

After trying to upgrade my T58A SIP to Teams and failing everytime, I decided to try upgrading it to SFB first. That upgrade went perfectly and once it came back up, re-upgrading to the Teams firmware went perfectly as well. Imported my temporary license, logged into Teams on the phone and I'm off and running.
Now I need to figure out how to dial a number on a webpage and be able to pickup that call on the phone...
