Hello,

We have multiple T46S deskphones in use with Skype for Business.

A user creates a Outlook contact with phone number and e-mail address and makes this contact available on the T46S, through favorites in Skype for Bussiness.
When the user calls this contact by pressing the corresponding 'line key' the error "%contactname% is not in service" error is shown. It seems like the T46S is calling the email address instead of the contacts phone number.
When the email address from the Outlook contact is removed, it is possible to call direclty from the T46S by pressing the "line key"


Is it possible to change the priority from e-mail to phone number?
