IPv6 Problem - DarrenWilliams - 07-26-2019 03:42 PM I have an IPv6 problem on my T46S. Firmware is: 66.84.0.35 I have multiple lines configured and when using the IPv6 test line I have set up, though it works as I have both IPv4 and 6, the SDP and VIA in an outgoing INVITE has the IPv4 info. The INVITE correctly goes to the IPv6 address: INVITE sip:*9664@ipv6test.XXXXXX.com:5060 SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/TCP 192.168.1.160:12354;branch=z9hG4bK3608249627 From: "Daz" <sip:200@ipv6test.XXXXXX.com:5060>;tag=1006942405 To: <sip:*9664@ipv6test.XXXXXX.com:5060> Call-ID: 4_72348378 CSeq: 1 INVITE Contact: <sip:200@192.168.1.160:12354;transport=TCP> Content-Type: application/sdp Allow: INVITE, INFO, PRACK, ACK, BYE, CANCEL, OPTIONS, NOTIFY, REGISTER, SUBSCRIBE, REFER, PUBLISH, UPDATE, MESSAGE Max-Forwards: 70 User-Agent: Yealink SIP-T46S 66.84.0.35 Allow-Events: talk,hold,conference,refer,check-sync Supported: replaces Content-Length: 308 v=0 o=- 20005 20005 IN IP4 192.168.1.160 s=SDP data c=IN IP4 192.168.1.160 t=0 0 m=audio 11942 RTP/AVP 9 0 8 18 101 a=rtpmap:9 G722/8000 a=rtpmap:0 PCMU/8000 a=rtpmap:8 PCMA/8000 a=rtpmap:18 G729/8000 a=fmtp:18 annexb=no a=ptime:20 a=sendrecv a=rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000 a=fmtp:101 0-15 Hopefully, there is an easy fix? Thanks, Daz RE: IPv6 Problem - anonymous1718628087441 - 08-05-2019 02:49 AM Hi, As you can see from the INVITE request message, you called the account named 9664 with the name "Daz" and established the call. But the "Daz" registry USES IPv4, and when you use ipv6 and IPv4 service addresses, the SDP and VIA send by INVITE contain IPv4 information in the dialing data.
