IPv6 Problem - DarrenWilliams - 07-26-2019 03:42 PM

I have an IPv6 problem on my T46S.

Firmware is: 66.84.0.35

I have multiple lines configured and when using the IPv6 test line I have set up, though it works as I have both IPv4 and 6, the SDP and VIA in an outgoing INVITE has the IPv4 info.

The INVITE correctly goes to the IPv6 address:

INVITE sip:*9664@ipv6test.XXXXXX.com:5060 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/TCP 192.168.1.160:12354;branch=z9hG4bK3608249627

Hopefully, there is an easy fix?

Thanks,

Hi,
As you can see from the INVITE request message, you called the account named 9664 with the name "Daz" and established the call. But the "Daz" registry USES IPv4, and when you use ipv6 and IPv4 service addresses, the SDP and VIA send by INVITE contain IPv4 information in the dialing data.
