For 2 weeks searching and searching this forum and the Yealink webpage and I still can't get the PHONEBOOK GENERATION TOOL working. After searching for so long, eventually I got thIs zip file here in this posting. Yeah, success.
I click it and got the EXCEL running with A FILE with 2 active links. Clicked the active link titled CREATE REMOTE and got an error: CANNOT RUN THE MACRO.
What now? Any help will be highly appreciated. Really running out of patience.
I must say the YEALINK webpage is terrible, not user friendly at all. I got some (many) links that I click that sends me to the page that contains the link that I just clicked. Have they ever tested the system? Another link saying GET THE PHONEBOOK CREATION TOOL HERE. I click it and go to a page with close to 100 files; PDF's, ROM's, ZIP's. So them I must guess which one of them is the one that I require. They have to do much better than this.
