Firmware upgrade error on T23G - acubino - 07-20-2019 01:00 PM
I have one brand new T23G with:
Firmware Version 44.82.161.1
Hardware Version 44.0.0.16.0.0.0
When I tried to upgrade the firmware using the webinterface to the latest, the phone says "firmware upgrading" but reboots on same firmware.
I test 83 firmware branch too.
No error messages.

This is Evan from Yealink Support Team, nice to know you here.
The firmware you are using is a special firmware, and it isn't allowed to upgrade the firmware to other FWs(not 44.xx.161.xx) directly, it needs a bridge firmware.
May I know who is your phone provider? Could you please ask them for help? If you can't get the help from your phone provder, please let me know why and send your MAC address of this phone to my private email, evan@yealink.com, then I will let my Spain distributor to help.
