Reviewing the recovery documentation for the T23g I see I need three files.
T23.rom T23.bin and T23.rfs.
I have downloaded t23.rom from the support web site.
No idea where to fine T23.bin or T23.rfs.

Hi,
Yealink doesn't provide recovery mode files directly to end users for security reasons.
Please contact your distributor or service provider to do the recovery mode for you, they are willing to help you.
