How to erase a parameter using autoprovision file - Santi - 06-21-2019 10:02 AM

Hello,

I've configured via autoprovision file a backup SIP server in some T23G phones.
Now, I need to erase this configuration. I tried to leave it blank in the autoprovision file but when phones download the autoprovision file the parameter is not modified.
How can I erase it using autoprovision files? I don't want to erase it accessing to each phone web.

Thanks in advance,

Hi,

Please use the parameter with value %NULL% (capital letters)
e.g. static.sip.nat_stun.server = %NULL%

Make sure the phone is running the latest firmware.

Hope this will help.
