Hello,

I ordered a T58V and thought it will be able for Video calls in Teams. But it doesn't work. The phone doesn't recognize the USB cam.

Is there any plan to support this in the future? If not, I would return the T58V and buy a T58A to save the Money for the camera.

I too have this request. I would assume its a simple firmware update?

Video seems to be not supported by the T58A-Teams edition. You may have a look at this thread:

Is Yealink R&D going to release a firmware to support the camera for Video with MS Teams. This has been going on for over a year now. What is the point of buying a phone for Teams with Video if the video can not be used? Yealink needs to take this issue very serious and fix this issue. Angry
