Hi
I am attempting to upgrade an EHS36 firmware via a Yealink T46G System Handset. I have followed forum information and found your link (ftp://ftp.yealink.com/00.Firmwares/EHS-EXP/28.72.0.205.rom) to download the advised firmware for the phone but am being prompted for a username and password. This is not the same as my Forum log-in and was hoping you could share this information with me so I may proceed.
