Attended Transfer Doesn't Display Original CID - Evzkyyy - 05-10-2019 02:01 PM

Hi All,

I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I have yet to find an answer. With an attended transfer, the callerID of the original caller is not retained. I have honestly tried everything from setting it to send RPID on the phones, pbx etc and upgrading to the latest firmware.

I'm running a freepbx 14 setup and I'm running yealink t46s and yealink t46g's.

Anyone managed to sort this out?

Hi,
That post was mine, no further answers...
Out of interest, can you add: "account.1.refresh_remote_id.enable = 1" to your config? Mine doesn't save it? Quite a few threads say to add it.
