HI,
i'm looking for a way to plug a Y adaptor trainer cable on my T40G, to be able to have 2 employe listening to the same call with 2 headsets.
I have a Plantronics Y Adaptor cable but it does not work....
any ideas ? suggestions ??

On Yealink phones you do not need a Y cable to do training:

Dual headset mode allows the user with the headset connected to have a normal conversation, while the trainer plugs their headset into the handset port on the phone and gets to listen only. See the thread linked for how to enable it.
