Phone Panel not dialing out - no errors - Cleartrunk - 08-15-2015 11:21 AM

I have a blind client who wants to use the IP phone and not a soft phone. But he needs to use the phone's web gui to place the calls.

In the yealink web gui, under Contacts > Phone Call info, there is a section that called Phone panel that has this capability, but it does not seem to dial out. I click dial or click the hyperlinked number and I get no reaction from the phone at all and no error message from the web gui.
I tested it on a T38,
Firmware Version, 38.70.1.33
Hardware Version 21.3.4.160.64.0.0

He has a T22

Any ideas?

Phone -> Features -> Remote Control Security -> Trusted Action URI Server List
