So as I read through documentation on this subject, it appears as if the only way to get a phone to vpn is to have it terminating on an OpenVPN server? There are no other supported and/or documented gateways? Many customers already have firewalls and vpn concentrators in place

Yealink phone only support OpenVPN protocol.
