I just purchased a 5th headset sold as new/ unused which it definitely was. I've registered the handset to my W60B with no issue however I see it's running 61.80.0.21. I gather this is a custom RingCentral f/w. I do have 61.83.0.10 on my other handsets, and when I power on the new handset there is a message "Old firmware! Please upgrade!". Attempts to u[pgrade the f/w however result in a message being displayed "Handset firmware is not available".

Do any workarounds for this issue exist?
