Hi,
this issue was tested with T41-S and T46-S.
Firmware Version: 66.84.0.15
We also did a reset on both test-phones.
The Action URL "Busy to Idle" / "action_url.busy_to_idle=" is not working for missed calls. The "Missed Call" Action URL is also not working.
"action_url.idle_to_busy" is working fine.
What we have set:
action_url.busy_to_idle = http://admin:pass@127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?key=DNDOff
action_url.idle_to_busy = http://admin:pass@127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/ConfigManApp.com?key=DNDOn

PS: It's working fine with a T-41P with 36.83.0.50
