I made mention of some issues we are having with the phone.. Some people suggested configuration changes which we did to no avail to stop the red light from flashing and it didn't work.

Now we are using 66.84.0.20 firmware and we are unable to select the Ring Tone either on the phone itself, using the web interface or through our Vodia PBX. You can select whatever ringtone you want, but it doesn't change on the phone

Before I open a ticket with Yealink (again) does anyone here have any thoughts?

Just for your information, the ringtone can be changed from the phone's Menu > Basic > Sound > Ring Tones > Common.


You can also log in from Web UI, and upload your customized ringtone, the ringtone format should be .wav and the size should be less than 8MB.
