Caller ID display for HOLD and PARK - Neutro - 03-13-2019 08:17 PM

A customer apparently cant live without having caller ID next to the line key that a caller is either on hold or on a parked key. Is this possible ? If so how would one do this ?

Thanks,
Claudio

Not that I'm aware of without some masterful trickery. Unless you are using the extended display feature the line keys don't have enough space to show that information even if you could do it, at least not in any sort of meaningful way.

So your saying an extended side car display can do this natively ?
