I use SIP-account operator on the phone and want to see how much money is in the account.
In previous firmwares I used this feature, and in this it is not.

it seems that you are using a customized firmware before would you please kindly provide the firmware information in English ?

It's T22P with 7.72.14.6 firmware. I guess it doesn't differ much from 7.73.

Firmware Version 7.73.0.50
Hardware Version 5.0.0.52
and T48G:
Firmware Version 35.80.0.70
Hardware Version 35.0.0.0.0.0.0
There is no "Get balance" on both phones

Looks like there is no such feature in the newer firmware (or it's hidden in another menu). I would suggest using latest official russian firmware (7.72.14.6). Is there any reason for using latest international firmware?

In international firmwares we have OpenVPN settings, but in russian firmwares OpenVPN is unavailable.
So i need to use only OpenVPN network.
