I have strange problem, Registration on T21P sometime failed and sometimes works fine, but It always working on 3CX

thanks for your information

for the register failed issue , i am sorry that we can't find any valued information from the log you pasted, and here is the suggestion for you :

1. check all the register information is correct like password , authorized name, user name , server port and so on
2. upgrade to the newest firmware we released,, it is 34.72.0.75, download link :

3. reset the phone to factory and try to register again .

if all the above solution can't solve your issue, please provide us the trace file for future analysis,trace file including pcap file, config bin and syslog file , and we need three of them provide at one time.
