Disable Power LED completely - mhcsoft - 03-02-2019 10:16 AM

Hi,

how to disable the power LED completely? I've set:

phone_setting.common_power_led_enable = 0
phone_setting.talk_and_dial_power_led_enable = 0
phone_setting.mail_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.ring_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.mute_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.hold_and_held_power_led_flash_enable = 0
phone_setting.missed_call_power_led_flash.enable = 0

without success. It still blinks at least when there are missed calls.

Hi,

Please manually disable the Power LED indicator using the Web UI and try again.
(Features > Power LED > and set all fields to “Disabled”)

If this will work then review the provisioning template and check for errors.

When I look at "Features > Power LED" on a provisioned phone all fields are set to "Disabled".

Did so, provisioning template is identically to mine.

Please tell me what firmware version the phone is running?
Please reset the phone to factory default, re-provisioning the phone and try again.

I've done factory resets more than once already :-) The problem exists at the following devices for me:

T46G - FW: 28.83.0.50
T46S - FW: 66.84.0.15
