I can't seem to get the internal ringtone to change for Yealink W60's, I have managed to get it to change when using the intercom feature but this is no good, as we need a differen't ring tone for when calls are transferred locally etc...
Could anybody advise on how to do this?

Hi,
Ringtones are used to announce incoming calls. You can set ringtone for internal call and external call respectively.
Setting the Ring Tone for the Internal Calls:
1. Navigate to OK > Settings > Audio > RingTones > Melodies.
2. Select a desired ringtonefrom the Intercom Call field. The ringtone is played automatically.
3. Press Save.
Setting the Ring Tone for the External Calls:
1. Navigate to OK > Settings > Audio > RingTones > Melodies.
2. Select the desiredringtone for a specific line. The ringtone is played automatically.
3. Press Save.
