Hello everyone
I have a problem with a device T46s that stopped working with the front door camera and i cannot find where the camera IP is configured on the device. i looked every menu and i cannot find where is it.
The other phones in the office are working properly. We have a system that when someone rings at the front door it will call in this specific office and it will connect with the front door camera after that you can open the door.

Just to be clear are you trying to view the camera on the T46S, or just answer the voice call from it?
AFAIK the T46S is not capable of handling video calls so you will not be able to see the video stream. It should handle the voice side of the call like any other conversation though. Maybe check on your PBX and see what's configured there.
