Voicemail Count on device incorrect - Phone_Support - 01-18-2019 08:21 PM

Tested leaving voicemails on a Yealink T29G. Recently after listening to all the voicemails and bringing the count back down to 0. I would reboot the phone and then leave one voicemail. The phone would jump up to a count of 6 new voicemails despite there only being one new voicemail. After deleting my new voicemail, the count would drop to 5. At this point there are 0 voicemails. Anyone have an idea of what could cause this?

I ran a trace from our servers to verify we were sending the correct 1 new voicemail count to the device in our traffic. After deleting that message, our server sends a 0 new voicemail count to the device.
