Has anyone else run into issues when doing an attended transfer and the caller's caller id does not pass to the user when the transfer is completed? I have seen other posts about adjusting the "Caller ID Source" under the phones account settings, but that doesnt make a difference. Testing with a T46S Firmware 66.83.0.38. Running off a Metaswitch platform.

Hi,

I don’t have any experience with the Metaswitch PBX, but I think the issue must be search in the PBX, not in the settings of the phone.
The PBX ensures that the CallerID is forwarded during an Attended Transfer.
