BLF stop to work after undefined time on SIP-T29G - econnet - 01-09-2019 11:35 AM

Hello we are encountering a problem on SIP-T29G (other phone models are working fine). After some time, BLF LEDs stop to be up to date. Phone calls are ok. we have to reboot it to make it work.
PBX is Yeastar.
I took traces, someone can help us? thanks

Dear Customer,

From the PCAP, we can see te NOTIFY order seems is not correct, for example for the BYE, the correctly NOTIFY should be after BYE, but in the PCAP, the server side Send NOTIFY for BYE, before BYE.
So please check on your server side first.
