T46G - Password lost / how to avoid factory reset - oestersund - 12-13-2018 02:33 PM

Hi,
I use a T46G. Now I`ve got a failure Message if I try to login via the web interface username/passwort. The recommendation I have read is to reset to factory settings. 2 questions:

When I do this, I´ll lost all the settings inkl. the in/and outgoing lines / accounts etc. - right?

Is there any other way / "forgot password" routine or so in order to re-enable access w/o loosing the settings?

thx a lot and best regards, Tilman

Hi,

If you perform a reset to factory default all settings will be lost.

There is no other way to get or receive your password. Sad

Hope this will help.

thx a lot Frank,
it does not really help - but that's not your fault :-)

I´ll have to reinstall then.

Best, Tilman
