Missing Directory settings - GroupOne_Support - 12-11-2018 10:18 PM

Good afternoon Yealink forums,

Have you ever seen this issue where the Directory is completely missing for disabled and enabled? I am not even able to assign default directory when the user hits the directory button.

Hey!

I just had this happen to me too.
Looks like an contacts XML file caused my issue.
I attempted to push a contacts xml file via autoprovision but instead it just wiped out all directory options.

All the ones that should be there are just gone.

Ever find out a fix? I'm gonna try a factory reset here in a second.
