I have three side EXP50 units connected to a T58A and have users configured in each of the key fields for BLF with value of their extension, the label is their name, and all set to default line 1. No extension is configured.
The unit shows when they are on the phone, but not when in DND or Away status. Am I missing something to make this work properly to show at least the DND status on the units?
This was a big decision on why we got the three additional units so our receptionist can see who is on the phone and in/out of the office at a glance.

Hi,
I don't think Yealink supports BLF status for DND. I believe their BLF statuses are Idle, Busy/Talking, Ringing. I also have clients who are in need of the BLF status for DND. Even if it shows Busy.
