DSS Keys on T29G - Pieter - 08-05-2015 08:12 PM

Hi,
I am new to setting up Yealink VOIP phones, and I am experiencing the following:
On the web setup for the Yealing T29G, I go to DSSKey => Line Key 1-9. The problem is that I can only see Line Key 1-3 on the page. When I click on Line Key 10-18 and Line Key 19-27, they are blank, except for the "confirm" and "cancel" buttons. I tried different browsers, and resetting the phone, but still cannot see Line Key 4-9.

I also tried to set up the Line Keys using the menu on the phone, but even after setting them up, they are not visible on the phone, and still not on the web interface either.

Is there somewhere you need to enable the amount of Line Keys the phone can see/use? I could not find such a setting in the phone options or in the manual.

Thank you

hi

thanks for your information

you see the blank as the type of the dss key is N/A, so it is blank

if you want to fill in some value, you need to select a feature on the Type first , the you can fill in the values or line correctly , different Type have different request , screen short show as below

Hi,

Thank you for your fast response.

No, when I said blank I mean non-existent. Sorry for the confusion. I will attach some screenshots. I have already configured Keys 1 to 3, and they are working correctly. Like I said, tried different browsers, different pc, even accessing the page via my android phone, but the DSS Key 4-9 options does not exist.

Please take a look at the attached screenshots for further clarification.
