wireless connectivity of T48G - beauwillie - 08-04-2015 11:06 AM

I am a novice. I manage a business and have purchased a T48G instrument I want to use it simply as a desktop phone (sometimes with headset). My RG is an ATT Uverse modem (ATT560). I have connected an Ethernet cable between the modem and the T48G and get dial tone. I get nothing but busy signals for any number called and no incoming. I would prefer to go wireless and need to know if there is anything special about the needed dongle. What am I overlooking. Something dumb I am sure. Please help a greenhorn.

T48G does not support wireless network connectivity. It supports wireless Bluetooth headset (with additional USB dongle).
As for busy signals you need to check your phone's PBX settings. By the way, dial tone is generated by the phone itself whether it's registered on PBX or not.
