I have Skype for business through Office 365. I needed a desk phone, and this one looked perfect. I cannot register it. I have no idea what to put in the fields, and Microsoft says call Yealink. There are 2 versions of the T48 phone. One is SIP and the other one is for Skype.

What is the exact modelnumber on the bottom of the phone?

What you should be doing is calling the supplier or vendor that you purchased the phone from. Yealink has a well established distribution chain and anyone that is selling their products is supposed to be knowledgeable enough to provide basic setup assistance and support.
