I have been having issues with two T41P phones.

Sometimes the audio disappears and the phones becomes completely unresponsive a few minutes into the call.

Other times this doesn't happen.

When the phone becomes unresponsive it won't respond to any buttons pressed etc. After 10-15 seconds the call disconnects and the phone can be used again.

I'm using these phones with OpenVPN.

The phones are updated to the latest firmware.

Does anyone have any idea where the problem might be?

Would you please apply the system log with level 6\PCAP\config.bin files when issue happen. We can check more via these files.

You can start the Export All Diagnostic Files option, if issue happen, access to web UI then export the files.

I have finally been able to reproduce the issue and capture the logs. Where do I sent them to?
