@ Directory -> Settings within Directy I have enabled LDAP und Local Directory, all the others are disabled.
When I go into the Directory of my Phone it shows LDAP and Network Directory.
But I can find the local contacts inside the In Dialing Search when typing some digits of a number.
Any idea how to fix this?

Does no one have the same issue? I flashed the newest firmware on all our office phones and all have the same problem. It's sad that I don't even get an answer from the Yealink staff.

You will have to provide a custom xml file through provisioning.
