T28 Reject call's - vdkey - 08-01-2015 12:01 PM

Hi,

My T28 Phone reject call, send a Busy Here to the PBX, but DND or Fordward call's is not enable.
Have a 2 Setting account from the same PBX.

I default reset 2 time the phone and the problem start again.

Now put other IP Phone and work.

Any ideas?

please check other account on the T28 and if it works , then it is the account issue, maybe the server DND this account

upgrade T28 to the last firmware and then reset to factory and test again , firmware download link :
