Hi,
Dear Yealink Team, we are facing a strange issue with our T49G.
we have sip accounts from our provider in this format
Username : "01xxxxx@provider.com"
Sip Server : XX.XX.X.X (IP)

But when we use this format, we face a strange issue. I have seen the capture on wire shark and got to know that this T49G is assuming the @ as server address where as the username itself has an @.

An i have tried in T40 and it works more then fine.

Please Find me a solution.

I m running latest firmware available from Yealink

What version of firmware are you running? We have a demo unit that was shipped with T49-51.80.0.100, however, we could not get it to register either until we flashed T49-51.25.0.15, which appears to be a completely different firmware train.

I've asked our account rep what the difference between these 2 firmwares might be but have yet to receive a response.
