T46S Idle Screen - lots of blanks on 3 pages - ghires - 06-20-2018 12:50 PM
I have tried setting the option on a T46S Skype for Business phone DIRECTORY -> SETTINGS -> LOCAL FAVORITE to "Disabled, Preferrential or General", but it will not affect the Idle Screen display. I only have line 1 indicating my user account, but then the remaining lines 2-9 are blank, with line 10 displaying "1 2 3" indicating multiple pages. When I view page 2, lines 1-7 are blank and lines 8 & 9 begin my Favorites within the S4B client. Page 3 shows lines 1-6 occupied with the remaining favorites. How can I remove all the blanks and show the favorites beginning on page 1 of the Idle Screen and continuing to page 2?
