BToE never works for me on Windows 10.

Reinstall doesn't work
Removing device/drivers in device manager and reinstall doesn't work

Device in Device Manager says signature can't be verified

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Windows 10 1803 Build 17655
Firmware Ver: 28.8.1.80
BToE Ver: 3.0.0.32

This phone is unusable without the BToE. Presence detection does not work! I have not received any response and this is causing me to considering an alternative brand like AudioCodecs for my customers interesting in SfB
